1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player," "you," or "your") and cz99 ("cz99," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the cz99 platform, website, and all related services accessible at cz99.bio.

The creation of duplicate, secondary, or proxy accounts is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same individual, cz99 reserves the right to:

• Merge or close all accounts associated with that individual;
• Void any bets placed from duplicate accounts;
• Forfeit all balances held across affected accounts; and

2.4 Accurate Registration Information

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at the time of registration and to keep your account details up to date. Any material change to your personal details — including name, address, payment method, or contact information — must be updated promptly within your cz99 account dashboard. cz99 is not responsible for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

3. Account Security and Responsibilities

3.1 Credentials and Access

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your cz99 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any other individual under any circumstances. cz99 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account to provide an additional layer of security.

3.2 Unauthorised Access

You must notify cz99 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your account, any breach of your login credentials, or any suspicious activity on your account. 3.3 Account Suspension

cz99 reserves the right to suspend or temporarily restrict access to any account where there are reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, suspicious betting patterns, ongoing investigation, or a player-initiated cooling-off request. During a suspension, any pending withdrawals may be placed on hold pending the outcome of the investigation.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and PKR Transactions

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

cz99 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods, all settled in Pakistani Rupees (PKR): JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and general interbank transfers. cz99 does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals, however your payment provider may impose their own charges. cz99 is not responsible for any fees levied by third-party payment providers.

4.2 Minimum Transactions

The minimum deposit amount on cz99 is PKR 200. The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 500. There is no maximum deposit limit, however high-volume transactions may trigger enhanced verification requirements in accordance with our compliance obligations.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed by cz99 to JazzCash and EasyPaisa accounts within 15–30 minutes under standard conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within 1–3 business hours. cz99 reserves the right to conduct identity verification checks prior to processing any withdrawal, and to place withdrawal requests on hold where an account is under investigation. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the player's most recent qualifying deposit unless an alternative has been approved in writing by the cz99 compliance team.

4.4 Currency

All cz99 accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All displayed odds, stakes, winnings, bonuses, and account balances are in PKR. cz99 does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion required at the payment provider level is entirely outside of cz99's control and responsibility.

4.5 Source of Funds

By depositing funds into your cz99 account, you confirm that the funds being deposited are your own lawfully obtained money and that they are not derived from any illegal activity. cz99 reserves the right to request proof of source of funds at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence when requested may result in account suspension and freezing of balances pending investigation.

5. Betting Rules and Cricket Wagering

5.2 Bet Acceptance

cz99 reserves the right to refuse any bet or limit the stake of any bet at its sole discretion and without being required to provide a reason. This includes but is not limited to situations where: a technical error has affected the display of odds; the market has been suspended at the time of bet placement; or the player has been identified as engaging in prohibited betting conduct.

5.3 Bet Settlement

Bets are settled based on the official result of the relevant sporting event as determined by the relevant governing body — for cricket, this includes the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) and the International Cricket Council (ICC). In the event of any dispute regarding a result, cz99's decision, once finalised, is binding and final.

5.4 Void Bets

A bet may be declared void by cz99 in circumstances including: the event being cancelled or abandoned; the event not being completed within a specified timeframe; a manifest error in odds pricing; or any other circumstance provided for in the specific market rules. Void bets are refunded at stake value to the player's cz99 account balance.

6. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

6.1 Bonus Eligibility

All bonuses and promotional offers available on cz99 are subject to their own specific terms, which are published alongside each promotion. General eligibility conditions apply across all cz99 promotions: the player must hold a verified account in good standing, must be aged 21 or above, and must not have previously been subject to any bonus abuse restriction.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

• Engaging in arbitrage betting or systematic exploitation of offered odds across multiple platforms in a manner determined by cz99 to be abusive.

8. Responsible Gaming Obligations
